Every SKY RUGS piece is handcrafted specifically for you in our workshop in Bhadohi, India — the heart of India's weaving heritage. We do not hold pre-made stock; your rug is created after your order is confirmed, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
To reserve your rug, we require a 30% deposit at the time of order. This secures your place in our production queue and allows us to source the finest materials for your piece. The remaining 70% balance is due within 60 days, before your rug is shipped.
Placing a deposit order is simple:
1. Browse our collection and select your desired rug
2. Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 99450 21719) or email (vkmast01@gmail.com) with your chosen rug and size
3. We will send you a 30% deposit payment link via Skydo or Payoneer
4. Once the deposit is received, we confirm your order and begin crafting your rug
5. You will receive updates on production progress and an estimated dispatch date
6. The remaining 70% balance is collected before shipping.
You can pay securely via Skydo or Payoneer — both support international bank transfers in USD. Once you place your order, we will send you a payment link within 24 hours. The same process applies for the remaining balance when your rug is ready to ship.
Production typically takes 2–10 weeks depending on the technique (hand-tufted or hand-knotted) and size, followed by 7–14 days in transit to the USA. Final timelines may vary based on design complexity, size, finishing details, customs clearance, and carrier conditions. Once your order is confirmed, we will share an estimated dispatch date.
