Deposit & Cancellation Policy

All SKY RUGS handcrafted rugs are made to order. A 30% deposit is required at checkout to confirm your order and begin production.

Cancellation Before Production Begins

If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours of placement and before production has begun, you are eligible for a full deposit refund.

Cancellation After Production Begins

Once production has commenced, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. This is because materials have been sourced and our artisans have begun handcrafting your rug specifically for your order.

Balance Payment

The remaining 70% balance is due before dispatch. You will receive a payment link via email within 60 days of your order confirmation. Please note that the balance is collected manually — it will not be charged automatically.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery takes 3–6 weeks from order confirmation depending on rug size, including international shipping (7–10 days). Small rugs (up to approx. 6x9 ft) typically take 3–4 weeks. Larger rugs (up to 12x18 ft) typically take 4–6 weeks.
